Suzie Kochayan
Suzie Kochayan, graduated from Swiss Watchmaking School with highest honors and interestingly enough, as the only woman in a class of 60 students.

From there, she moved to San Francisco, and found immediate employment with Rafael Jewelers some 30 years, ago. Over that time, Suzie has honed her skills on the finest watch brands, including Cartier, Patek Philippe, Omega, IWC, and Rolex to name a few.

Besides being a Master Watchmaker, she has traveled extensively to international watch shows and seminars, and has established friendships with top watchmakers around the world. She regularly attends the Bazel Watch Show in Switzerland and has networked with major watch companies, and specialized watch parts suppliers. These connections have enabled her to resolve tricky watch repair problems and acquire "difficult to get parts".

At this point, Suzie has the education, connections, and experience to resolve nearly any watch issue. Suzie puts it this way, "I am really fortunate because I love what I do and I love my customers. Every watch tells a personal story that is priceless to the owner. We never forget that."

Elizabeth Finn
received the prestigious Graduate Gemologist degree some 25 years, ago. Her position as a Graduate Appraiser takes her from the Edwardian period to art deco to current design. For our watch repair clients, she can provide a thorough appraisal on the repaired watches that we service for insurance replacement.
